Pickup Process:

1. Make your purchase online as usual.
2. During the checkout process, choose "In-Store Pickup" as the shipping method.
3. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you a confirmation email. Please wait to receive this notification before heading to the store.

Pickup Hours: You can pick up your order at our store during our customer service hours, 9am – 5pm. Make sure to check our operating hours before coming.

Required Documents: To pick up your order, you will need to present valid identification and the order confirmation email.

Pickup Deadline: We will provide a 72-hour period for you to pick up your order. If you cannot pick up within this timeframe, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

Changes and Returns: See warranty
